Every year, to end the summer holidays in style, come and experience the world of the circus and street arts. Enjoy the superb venue of the Maladrerie Saint-Lazare, wander around the various shows on offer as a family and just embrace this magical event that will whisk you back to your childhood!
Street performances, dancing, puppet shows, clowns and so many other unique artforms bring to life the Maladrerie Saint-Lazare during the last weekend in August. All sorts of scenes will be played out all over the gardens, entertainers and musicians line the footpaths, and theatre groups perform for people of all ages, for a festival of flamboyant colours and a fantastic atmosphere. Altogether, there are around twenty performers of all kinds every year, offering a varied and innovative programme of events. For this 11th edition, loyal visitors will be delighted to have another chance to see Calixte de Nigremont, the ultimate master of ceremonies who has been involved in this festival from the very beginning. He has become a master in the world of verbal acrobatics and mischevious tricks. He will lead the festivities with humour and imagination.
The barn and gardens of the Maladrerie await for this last weekend of fun before going back to school and work, to enjoy a bubbly cocktail of magic, music and laughter…
