The following morning, you will be served a hearty breakfast. Stéphane really pulls out all the stops! The honey comes from his own beehives, the eggs are from his henhouse, the oranges are squeezed on demand, the yoghurts are homemade and you can smell the fresh pancakes and brioche. You’re in for a treat. Is it sunny? Head to the garden: 1,000m2 of greenery are hidden behind the house. Laze about under the skylight or in the shade of a tree, or go and see the chickens.
It’s hard to imagine but you are still in the town centre. The shops are only 5 minutes away. The cathedral with the highest Gothic-style choir in the world is not much further. Take a stroll underneath the 48-metre-high vaults. Fancy some fresh air? Venture over to Canada lake: a real lake surrounded by greenery, but in the town centre! And to make sure this romantic weekend away really is perfect, make sure you go to Gerberoy, one of France’s ‘most beautiful villages’. Stroll hand-in-hand around the narrow, cobbled streets and admire the half-timbered houses. It’s such a calm and romantic place! For lunch, we recommend the ‘Jardin des Ifs’ for a gourmet bistro-style experience, with creative, tasty dishes on the menu in this unique setting surrounded by impressive topiaries. You’re guaranteed to feel all your worries melt away on this weekend break!

- 1 night for 2 people in the ‘Vison’ or ‘Cerise’ room with rose petals on the bed
- CHOOSE FROM: 1 ‘gourmet morning’ deal including a luxury brunch (smoked salmon and avocado, oysters, cheese and deli meat, fruit salad using the fruit from the garden, etc.) OR 1 ‘romantic night’ deal with 1 sharing platter of cheese and deli meats served to your room with 1 bottle of wine or half a bottle of champagne (of choice) and breakfast the next morning. Please note that the ‘gourmet morning’ deal is only available from 1 May and when it is sunny. Before the 1 May and in the event of bad weather, the ‘romantic evening’ option will be offered by default.
